If you are a food vendor, do not register unless you do not require any electricity. If you have a generator, we may have space remaining on Main St. south of the Gazebo Park - contact us here
to confirm. All other vendors may still register as normal, but hurry, space is limited!
ELECTRICITY AVAILABILITY IS VERY LIMITED - PLEASE CONTACT US HERE BEFORE RESERVING A BOOTH IF YOU NEED ELECTRICITY (AGAIN, NO FOOD VENDORS REQUIRING ELECTRICITY).
UPDATE - FOOD VENDORS (in Food Court area only):
All food vendors must attend a mandatory meeting on Friday, July 20th, at 4 PM at the Hempstead Elementary bus pick-up lot located on FM 1887 just south of the festival area. You cannot set up until you have been checked in at the Elementary School. Anyone setting up prior to 4 PM will be asked to move until the appropriate time.
Booth space is approximately 12' wide x 15' deep. If you are a returning vendor, you can get your previous space if you register by May 31st.
All food that you wish to serve must be listed on the application.
Items you will be selling must be listed on your application.
Early check-in is available for Food Vendors in the "Food Court" area only at 6:00 p.m. Friday. Regular check-in begins at 6:00 a.m. Saturday. Booths must be set up by 8:30 a.m. and remain open until 6:00 p.m. Booths not occupied by 8:00 a.m. may be reassigned by the Vendor Committee. If your booth will remain open for the evening entertainment and dance from 6:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., please note that on your application and you will be placed accordingly.
